]]> We have opened opportunities for group simulation / corporate training in the Simulation Training Platform “ClinCaseQuest” under the supervision of training coordinators. Training coordinators are responsible persons for coordinating the educational process in the platform from educational institutions and medical institutions.

To start using the opportunities to build a group learning, you need to order the creation of a study group for your medical school / medical faculty, or hospital/hospital department.

Training groups are set up for users who have ordered simulation / corporate training for medical school / medical faculty, or hospital/hospital department based on the agreement between the Simulation Training Platform and the educational institution or medical institution for continuing professional development.

Responsible persons – coordinators of simulation / corporate training from the educational or medical care institution, should be specified in the Agreement with the indication of surname, name, e-mail that will be used for registration and work of the responsible person in the platform. The number of groups required to coordinate the learning process on the platform by the educational institution or health care institution may also be specified in the Agreement and is unlimited at the request of the customer within the agreed number of participants.

Training coordinators may not increase the number of places in groups more than agreed in the Agreement at their discretion.

After concluding the Agreement and registering the users of the customer of simulation / corporate training, the training coordinator can fill in the form on the website “Request for the creation of training groups in the platform”.

But first of all, the Simulation Training coordinator must register in the platform, in the process of which an account and user profile will be created, so that the platform administrator can add a coordinator to the created training group immediately after training group creation.

To order a study group, choose the “Request for the study group creation” tab from the top horizontal menu on the Cooperation tab or use the direct link https://clincasequest.hospital/request-to-groups-creation/

Next, fill out the application form for the creation of training groups in the Simulation Training Platform to ensure the implementation of simulation corporate training:

  • Last name, first name of the person selected by the educational institution / medical institution as the coordinator of the simulation training for the group.
  • Email of the simulation / corporate training coordinator in the group.
  • Name of educational institution, hospital, medical school, legal entities, and enterprises. The name of the group you want to create.
  • Name of the training/subscription within which the simulation / corporate training will take place.
  • The name of the group in the search bar is in Latin.
  • For example:

  • https://clincasequest.hospital//group/mymedicalschool4course_15group or other
  • The number of seats in the group. The total amount of places created in the groups required by the educational institution or medical institution must correspond to the number of agreed accesses in the main Agreement.

You can also enter additional information as needed. And also, if necessary, you can send a file.

You further confirm that you are familiar with and agree with:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Terms of service;
  • Platform ethics.

If specified by the customer as the simulator training coordinator, the ordered group will be created within 24 hours, and the simulation / corporate training coordinator will receive notifications from the Simulation Training Platform about the creation of the group and instructions necessary for the coordinator.

You must register before you can run the simulators on the simulation training platform.

You can view the available clinical case simulators on the “Cases” page.

Please note that on this page you can sort clinical cases by speciality (discipline), level of complexity, and category of clinical case simulator (standardized clinical case, interactive clinical analysis, rare clinical situation), as well as sort them by subject. If you are interested in demonstration case simulators with free access, pay attention to the marking of courses, which will be marked “Free”.

After selecting a clinical case, you can click on its image for more information. You will be taken to the clinical case page, where you will be provided with more detailed information on the clinical case.

After scrolling through the information on the page, you will find buttons where you can select the mode of connection to training: signing up for one demonstration case simulator, or to the entire database of clinical cases.

If you are interested in a demonstration case simulator – click “Sign up”.

After clicking the “Sign up” button, you will receive a message from the simulation training platform that you are enrolled in the appropriate case simulator.

The enrolled case simulator will also appear automatically at the time of enrollment in your personal account in the “My Courses” tab.

You can also get to the case simulator from the “Cases” page.

If you enter the course you have enrolled in, you will see the “Start” button. By clicking the “Start” button or the first location, you get to the appropriate case simulator and can start learning.

Principles of blended learning:

  • Sequence. To obtain the effect, consistency in teaching is important: first, the student must feel the material, then – obtain theoretical knowledge from the teacher, and only then apply it in practice. In many ways, this principle intersects with the “inverted class” model.
  • Visibility. Thanks to modern e-learning tools, you can create a knowledge base that the student will always have on hand. Unlike the classical model of teaching, in blended learning the student has access to methodical materials – video lessons, books or simulators.
  • Practical application. Practical training is required to master the theory.
  • Continuity. Blended learning is based in part on the principles of microlearning. Due to the availability of the material, the student can always go to the educational portal and get a “new portion” of the material.
  • Support. In the distance learning system, a student can always ask a question to the teacher and get an answer quickly without waiting for the next face-to-face lesson.

First, note that you need to be in the authorization mode, i.e. log in to the Platform with your login and password. Next, select the “My Certificates” tab. You can find it:

✅  in your account;
✅ in the drop-down menu;
✅  in the shortcut menu.

On the “Certificates” page, select the certificate you want to view or print and click on it.

What information does the Certificate contain?

It contains information about the person, who conducts the training, which organization conducts the training, the name of the training, your personal data, the date of your training, and your personal ID on the Platform. This ID is unique to you, and all certificates you receive in the simulation training platform belong to your personal ID.

Simulation training platform users have the following options: you can print a certificate or save it.

To print a certificate, press “Print”. Also, you can save it as an HTML file.  

To save the certificate in PDF, take a screenshot, open Power Point, insert a certificate image, crop the excess, and save a certificate in PDF. Learn with “ClinCaseQuest” quickly and easily! Print and save your certificates.

Competence is a certain acquisition, achievement based on the acquired knowledge, experience, mastering the relevant practical skills, etc.

After training in the “ClinCaseQuest” simulation training platform, you receive, in addition to the certificate, the competence that is stored in your treasury of achievements.

Please, note that you must be in Authorized User mode.

To view your competencies, click on “My Achievements” – in the drop-down menu, in the “My Account” tab or via the shortcut menu. On your achievements page you will be able to see all your achievements in the simulation learning platform. You will see the title of the achievement and the date of its acquisition.
