From chest pain to diagnosis in a 61-year-old patient

A 61-year-old woman consulted a hematologist with complaints of chest pain, weight loss, and general weakness. Previously, she was consulted by a family doctor. It is necessary to analyze the patient’s complaints and anamnestic data, conduct an objective examination, appoint additional examinations, analyze the received data and choose treatment tactics.

The purpose of the training is to acquaint the users of the platform with the route and difficulties in diagnosis, establishment of the correct diagnosis and treatment of patients with hematological nosology at the outpatient and inpatient stages.
