Medical training. A 51-year-old female patient was brought by an emergency medical team to a cardiology hospital with complaints of intense pressing pain behind the sternum, which appeared suddenly after a stressful situation, radiating to the left arm, lasting more than 1 hour, and accompanied by moderate shortness of breath and a feeling of anxiety.
The goal is to acquaint platform users with the algorithm for managing patients with a certain nosology accompanied by chest pain, diagnostic features, formulating a clinical diagnosis, approaches to treatment, and prevention of disease recurrence.
