A 52-year-old man was admitted to the hematological center with a suspicion of a hematological disease with complaints of severe general weakness, skin itching, an increase in body temperature to 38 ⁰C in the evening, weight loss of 7-8 kg in 6 months, periodically pain in the left hypochondrium, mostly during physical exertion. He has been ill for about 1 month. The patient consulted a family doctor about 1 week ago. The patient is counseling in the hematology center after preliminary diagnosis and detection of changes in the complete blood count.

The purpose of the training – is to acquaint platform users with diagnostic standards, identify the risk groups, make the diagnosis and choose the treatment in case of failure of first-line therapy in patients of an unfavorable risk group.
