Before entering the user’s news feed, open your social profile on the “ClinCaseQuest” platform and social network.

Now select “News feed” in your personal profile. Your personal user news feed will open. Your news feed reflects your activities on the platform, posts you publish in the news feed, discussions you create in medical platform communities, etc.

To place a post in a user’s news feed, start composing a new message in the empty block which goes first in the news feed.

You can insert text or type it on the keyboard. You can also format the text (by clicking on the icon “Aa”):

make it more noticeable, highlight;

• make the text italic;
• create an unnumbered list;
• create a numbered list;
• add a citation;
• add a hyperlink to the publication;
• provide a pre-formatted text.

Once the text has been edited, you can click on the icon “Aa” again to return to editing the message.

Optionally, you can add to your post:

• an image;
• a document;
• an emotion.

When the post is ready, please select the display options for your message.

It will be visible to:

• all registered users, these are parameters “Public” and “All members”;
• only your contacts, i.e. those registered users with whom you’ve connected (your friends);
• or just you – and this will be a private post on your news feed.

Once you’ve selected a convenient way to display your message in the user’s news feed, click “Post Update.”

Or, if something doesn’t work, you can click “Cancel” and start creating the post all over again. If you select “Post updates” – you will see that your post has appeared in your personal feed.

If you have selected “Public” and “All members”, your post will be appear in the news feed of the Platform to all registered users, mainly to your friends.

You can edit or delete your posts in your user feed. You can also add comments to your post at any time:

• print comment text;
• add images, videos;
• attach documents.

Click “Record” to save the comment, or click “Cancel” to not save it. Keeping a personal profile on the Platform, adding information about your professional activities, clinical cases from your practice, keeping your personal news feed, adding information to the news feed will forever remain your personal contribution to world medical experience, medical practice and medical education and your personal business card in the specialized global network of clinical cases “ClinCaseQuest”.
