Calculation
High risk (≥ 2 points). Recommended:
- Enoxaparin 40 mg subcutaneously 1 time/day
- Dalteparin 5000 units subcutaneously 1 time/day (category 2B)
- Warfarin (INR 2-3)
Low risk (< 2 points). Recommended:
- Do not prescribe medications
- Aspirin 81-325 mg/day
